TATTOO PROCESS
We want to be remembered fondly when you talk about your new tattoo. We attach great importance to offering you the best possible experience. So that you know how we work, we have put the process down on paper for you. Of course, you can also contact us by phone or email at any time if you have any questions. A new tattoo should be carefully considered, we can help you with that!
Together we create a unique work of art that gets under your skin.
HOW IT WORKS
SAY HELLO
Getting a tattoo is a matter of trust. That's why we'd like to invite you for an espresso so you can get to know us.
STUDIO
Our studio is our heart. So that you can feel as comfortable as we do, our artists will be happy to show you everything and tell you everything about hygiene, safety and colors.
IDEA & PLANNING
You can tell us your ideas and wishes in a personal conversation. We check and plan the project together with you, taking into account important aspects such as correct placement, the influence of body currents, optimal contrast and much more. Your motif will be unique and will fit your skin like a glove.
TRYING ON
After the artist has completed the design for you and is convinced of it, you can admire the masterpiece. The design is shown to you using digital visualization on your body part. As with tailor-made trousers, of course everything has to fit.
STICKING DAY
Here we go! Once everything is checked again, the impression is made, stuck onto the skin and tattooing begins. Please do not consume alcohol, drugs or painkillers before getting a tattoo. If you are taking blood-thinning medication, ask your doctor whether you can avoid it 1 day before getting a tattoo.
CARE
We want you to be happy with your new work of art for many years to come. The exact care steps will be explained to you and additional care instructions will be given to you. Please stick to this, this is the only way we can ensure that the end result is perfect.
CONTROL
With good care, when the fresh tattoo has healed and the excess ink and crust are removed from the skin, the tattoo will become approx. 10% lighter, depending on the skin type. The tattoo is checked 3 weeks after piercing. The artist can quickly see whether a follow-up appointment is necessary.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Pay attention to hygiene, i.e. wash your hands before treatment, avoid contact with dirt, other people or pets.
Always apply the ointment very thinly, but several times a day! If the ointment is applied too thickly, it will cause the tattoo to soften again and again, thereby hindering wound healing.
Only wear loose-fitting clothing (cotton) to avoid sticking to the textiles.
If your tattoo does stick, do not simply pull it off or remove it by force, but gently soften it under running water and slowly remove it.
Until complete healing (approx. 3-4 weeks), avoid contact sports, salt water, lake water, chlorinated water, sauna, solarium and direct sunlight.
Under no circumstances should you scratch or remove the loose scabs. This should fall off on its own, otherwise the lower layer of skin will be damaged and this can lead to loss of color and scarring.
